You can delete your Knytstudio account and all of the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what gets removed.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", sent from the email address associated with your account (or the email on the account you created via Facebook or Google login).
We'll confirm your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile information (name, email)
- Your saved patterns and any uploaded images
- Any information we received from Facebook Login or Google Sign-In (such as your name, email address, and provider user ID)
If you signed in with Facebook
You can revoke Knytstudio's access at any time from your Facebook account: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove Knytstudio. This stops future access to your Facebook profile.
Revoking access in Facebook does not by itself delete the data we already hold — to have that removed, please email us using the request above.
