The book is by Pope Vergara, a knitting designer from Chile who has long had a special love of knitting with beads. For her, beads are a way of painting and drawing with knitting and of turning a garment into something entirely her own.
With Shine!, Pope wants to inspire more people to feel proud of what they make and to wear their hand-knitted garments with joy and confidence.
